The Uttarakhand government created Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana (MSY 2.0) specifically for shops and trading businesses up to ₹10 Lakhs:
- • Hill Districts (Category A): 25% subsidy (max ₹2.5 Lakhs)
- • Mid-Hill Districts (Category B): 20% subsidy (max ₹2.0 Lakhs)
- • Plain Districts (Category C & D): 15% subsidy (max ₹1.5 Lakhs)
